Stefano is an attorney qualified in both New York and Italy with extensive experience on cross-border corporate, M&A and commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining Frasers, he worked as an associate in the Milan office of a top -tier international law firm. His focus was on advising major international investment funds with regard to real estate construction and development ventures in the infrastructure, retail and tourism sectors. Stefano was involved in the negotiation and drafting of licensing agreements, Engineering Procurement and Construction contracts, business lease contracts, sale and purchase agreements, and other major real estate and corporate transactions.
Prior to that, he worked for a prestigious boutique law firm in Milan, where he advised high-net-worth clients on domestic and cross-border transactions.
Stefano earned a Master of Laws from University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, with a focus on cross-border contracts, and he received his doctorate of law from the University of Pavia, School of Law in Italy. He completed post-doctoral research at New York University in the United States of America and at the Max Planck Institute for comparative and international private law in Hamburg, Germany.
