Frasers Energy Breakfast Briefing 2024

05/03/2024 12:00

We are pleased to invite you to our upcoming seminar, the Frasers Energy Breakfast Briefing, that will be held at 8:00 am on Tuesday, 12 March 2024 at our Ho Chi Minh City office.

At our Energy Breakfast Briefing, in light of the present investment climate, we will present the status of Vietnam’s energy sector with a focus on what industry participants can expect in terms of challenges and opportunities. It has been more than 9 months since PDP8 was approved by Vietnam’s Prime Minister, so our Energy Breakfast Briefing will provide an update on what has happened in the intervening period and what we expect to occur next.

Together with that, there will also be a discussion on recent legislative developments on project finance applicable to energy projects in Vietnam.

We will also delve further into the current trends in the disputes arena and the implications in particular on investment decisions and infrastructure projects not only confined to the energy sector but investment projects as a whole in Vietnam. In particular, we will touch on the rise of construction-related disputes and present some recommended insights on how to manage risks in high-investment projects.
